What is Level II Treatment?
Level II education and therapy classes are generally ordered by the courts for DUI/DWAI charges. All clients ordered to complete Level II are required to complete 12 level II education sessions. Many clients are ordered to complete Level II Therapy after completion of Level II education. The court will determine whether an individual will have to complete Level II Therapy and what track needs to be completed by prior charges and breathalyzer level at the time of the offense.

The tracks ordered are as follows:
Track A-42 hours (21 groups)
Track B-52 hours (26 groups)
Track C-68 hours (34 groups)
Track D-86 hours (43 groups)

Do you offer monitored sobriety?
Yes. We offer urine screens, breathalyzers, and antabuse monitoring. On-site testing results can be arranged for urine screens.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Completed new client paperwork and any relevant court/probation/human service documents, if applicable.
